Privacy Policy
What data we collect, why, who we share it with and how to exercise your rights.

1. Data Controller
The personal data collected on NEREJI is processed by VENDIGE LTD (Company Number 16090964), whose registered office is at Unit 7, Initial Business Centre, Wilson Park, Manchester, M40 8WN, United Kingdom, represented by Gweth Gweth Yves Junior. Contact: infos@nereji.online.
2. Legal Framework
As VENDIGE LTD is a company incorporated under English law, processing is carried out in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, as well as the data protection laws applicable in the countries where the platform is used. This policy is governed by Laws of England and Wales.
3. Data We Collect
- Account: name, email address, phone number, country, city, account type.
- Candidate profile: CV, contract and remote-work preferences, salary expectations, applications and Squad participation.
- Company: name, logo, industry, location, published listings.
- Payments: transaction information relating to platform fees. Card details are entered directly with our payment providers and are not stored by NEREJI.
- Communications: messages sent through the contact form, job alert subscriptions.
- Technical data: session cookies required for login and, where enabled, analytics.
4. Why We Use Your Data
- to create and manage your account;
- to connect candidates and recruiters, and to process applications;
- to let recruiters search for talent on the basis of an anonymised profile (see below);
- to review applications and moderate listings for everyone's safety;
- to manage platform fee payments;
- to answer your requests and send you the job alerts you asked for;
- to improve the platform and prevent fraud.
5. Legal Bases
We process your data in order to perform the service you requested (contract), on the basis of your consent (job alerts, analytics), to comply with our legal obligations (accounting, payments), or for our legitimate interest in securing the platform.
6. Talent Search by Recruiters
Recruiters have access to a talent search tool. It only ever displays an anonymised profile: profession, country, city, contract-type preferences, openness to remote work, verification status and availability.
These results never display your name, email address, phone number, photo, CV or salary expectations.
An interested recruiter can only invite you to apply to one of their published listings. We forward that invitation to you by email: the recruiter obtains your contact details only if you choose to apply.
You can withdraw from this search at any time from your candidate workspace, without affecting your existing applications.
Launch offer. If you receive the Talent Pass offered to the first registrants, we keep only the fact that this Pass was granted to you, the date it was granted and its expiry date. No payment method is requested and no banking data is collected for this offer. During that period your profile remains visible in talent search under the same conditions described above — always anonymised, and you can withdraw at any time from your candidate workspace.
7. Who Can See Your Data
Your application and your CV are visible to the recruiter of the listing concerned. The information on your company profile and your published listings is public.
We use technical providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel Inc. (hosting), Supabase Inc. (database and files), Stripe and Chariow (payments) and, where enabled, analytics tools. Your data is never sold.
8. International Transfers
Some providers are located outside your country of residence, in particular in the United States and the United Kingdom. These transfers are covered by the contractual safeguards offered by those providers.
9. Retention Period
Your data is kept for as long as your account is active, then deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period after its closure, unless a legal retention obligation applies (for example for payment data). Contact messages and alert subscriptions are deleted on request.
10. Security
Exchanges with the platform are encrypted (HTTPS) and access to data is restricted by security rules at database level: each user only accesses the information that concerns them.
11. Your Rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification, its erasure, its portability, or object to certain processing and withdraw your consent.
Write to us at infos@nereji.online or infos@vendige.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the supervisory authority in the United Kingdom, or with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
13. Changes
This policy may change. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page. For any question, please also see our legal notice.
