Terms of Use

These terms of use govern access to and use of the NEREJI platform, published by VENDIGE LTD (Company Number 16090964, registered office: Unit 7, Initial Business Centre, Wilson Park, Manchester, M40 8WN, United Kingdom), which connects candidates ("talents") and companies ("recruiters") across Africa, including for remote positions.

Creating an account, or otherwise using the platform, constitutes unreserved acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the service.

Users undertake to provide accurate, up-to-date information (identity, contact details, background, company information) and to create only one account per person or per company.

Login credentials are personal and confidential. Any activity carried out from an account is deemed to have been performed by its holder.

Access to the services is subject to the following fees, detailed on the Pricing page:

• Candidates: 5,000 FCFA — Talent Pass (registration and application review fee), required in order to apply. It remains valid until a recruiter confirms the candidate's hire; it then ends for that mission and a new Pass is required in order to apply again. The account remains active;
• Recruiters: 10,000 FCFA — hiring fee, due only when the recruiter confirms the hire of a talent (the "HIRE" button). Signing up, opening an account and posting listings are free. The hire is only confirmed once the provider confirms the payment; if the payment fails or is abandoned, nothing is charged and the application keeps its status. The fee applies to companies and individuals alike.

Launch offer. When the platform opens, a limited number of candidates — the first to confirm their registration — receive a complimentary Talent Pass, valid for a set period from the moment it is granted. The number of places and that period are stated on the Pricing and Talent Pass pages, where the remaining places are displayed in real time. The offer is reserved for candidate accounts: recruiters pay the standard fees from the outset. A complimentary Pass is granted automatically by the platform, with no action required, while places remain. On expiry, or if it is consumed by a hire before then, it ends and a paid Pass becomes necessary in order to apply again. The offer may be closed at any time; this never affects a Pass already granted, which remains valid until its expiry date.

Fees are charged in CFA francs (XAF); amounts displayed in other currencies are an indicative conversion. The applicable amounts are those displayed at the time of payment. Any question relating to a payment or a refund request may be sent to infos@nereji.online.

Recruiters are solely responsible for the content of their listings, which must correspond to a real position, comply with applicable law and contain no discriminatory wording.

Every listing is reviewed before publication. VENDIGE LTD may refuse, suspend or withdraw any listing that does not comply with these rules.

Candidates send their application and CV to the recruiters of their choice. The team hiring (Squads) and salary negotiation features are decision-support tools: the final agreement on hiring terms rests exclusively with the candidate and the recruiter.

NEREJI is an introduction platform. VENDIGE LTD is not a party to the employment or service contract concluded between the recruiter and the talent, does not draw it up, does not sign it and does not guarantee its performance.

As soon as the hire is confirmed, each party receives the other's contact details: pay for the work, its schedule, its duration and its terms are then settled directly between recruiter and talent. VENDIGE LTD neither collects nor holds any sum intended as payment for the work, takes no commission on it, and does not intervene in a dispute over that contract. The only amounts the platform receives are the fees set out in the "Pricing and payment" section.

The following are prohibited, in particular:

• publishing false listings or false profiles, or impersonating someone;
• for a recruiter, requiring payment from a candidate in exchange for a job;
• collecting other users' data for purposes unrelated to recruitment;
• distributing unlawful, abusive or discriminatory content;
• harming the proper operation or the security of the platform.

Any suspicious content can be reported from the platform or via the Contact page.

In the event of a breach of these terms, VENDIGE LTD may suspend or delete the account concerned. Users may request the closure of their account at any time by writing to infos@nereji.online.

VENDIGE LTD uses reasonable means to ensure the availability and security of the service, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. VENDIGE LTD does not guarantee that a job or a hire will be obtained, and cannot be held liable for the information provided by users.

The data collected is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

These terms may be amended to reflect changes to the service or to applicable regulations. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new version.

These terms are governed by Laws of England and Wales.
